Timothy Armour, LEED AP >>
Tim Armour brings over 36 years of experience in the field of construction and construction management.
From working 10 years as a construction supervisor, from 1973 to 1983 to coming to Guam in 1991, Mr. Armour remains active in both the art community as well as the construction industry. In 1999, Mr. Armour decided to join our RIM family and he has since become the Managing Principal for RIM Architects (Guam), LLC.

Phillip L. Noret, AIA, LEED AP >>
Phillip Noret's 29 years of experience in Guam bring the distinct advantage of local knowledge of the building permitting processes, local codes and the harsh tropical environment. He has been responsible for leading the design team on numerous projects in Guam and Saipan with effectiveness in quality control, cost, and conformance to demanding schedules.

Christine M. Wolke >>
Christine Wolke has 28 years of experience in architecture and is a registered architect in Guam. She is also an experienced Interior Designer, and has taught Interior Design at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Guam. Her architectural production background brings an advantage to the firm of an interior designer’s sensitivity to construction techniques, while developing attractive and functional interior environments.
