A-10 Operations Facility, Eielson AFB
This 25,000 SF facility houses all squadron functions including pilot training, assembly, briefing, office areas, readiness lounges and maintenance for flight line operations. RIM Design provided comprehensive interior design, finish and furniture specifications.

Army Reserve Center, Ft. Richardson
Interior design and GSA furniture specifications for this 28,000 SF facility. It included an office component with private offices and open systems furniture areas, a multi-purpose assembly room, weapons storage and cleaning areas, training areas, locker room/showers and vehicle maintenance.

BankPacific Tamuning Branch Office Renovation - Tamuning, Guam
This project involved the renovation of a 1,200 SF Tamuning branch location. The scope of work included the design of the lobby area, a custom teller line, and a design for open office systems furniture.

Clear Radar Upgrade, Clear AFS
RIM Design provided comprehensive interior design and complete furnishings package on GSA schedule for this award-winning high-technology radar facility at Clear.

Eielson Dormitory, Eielson AFB
Under contract with the U.S. Army Engineer District, AK, RIM Design provided comprehensive interior design for this project, including space planning for two to four bedroom suites with a bath and kitchen area, selection and specification of all interior finishes and furniture, and development of a furniture budget estimate. In addition, RIM Design developed common areas for recreation and games, a lounge and a laundry area.

Squadron Operations Building, Eielson AFB
RIM Design provided comprehensive interior design, including development of interior spaces, interior finishes, and furnishings on GSA schedule for this 20,000 SF facility. Included were office areas, training, briefing, theater, classrooms, maintenance areas, and a residential component for flight line readiness, with a complete furniture procurement package for the Air Force.

US Air Force IDIQ Contract, Various Locations Statewide, AK
Approximately 150,000 SF of delivery orders. RIM Design provided space planning, interior design, furniture and finish selections.

US Army Corps of Engineers, Various Locations Statewide, AK
Approximately 120,000 SF of miscellaneous projects. RIM Design provided space planning, interior design, furniture and finish selections.
