Guam is now recognized by the U.S Air Force and Navy as the farthest Pacific US-owned Base asset. RIM Architects has provided architectural services in Guam for housing units, security buildings, schools, warehouses, medical facilities and Reserve Centers.
Our military experience extends to all our fellow RIM offices, and we regularly exercise our ability to work long distance with other RIM resources and various arms of the military to coordinate the completion of military projects.

DCGC Intelligence Squadron Operations Facility The new DCGC Intelligence Squadron Operations Facility at Hickam AFB is located inside an existing historical hangar, and supports the Global Hawk Mission.
The facility is being delivered through the design/build process and contains spaces for briefing/debriefing, command section, conference room, staff offices, standardization and evaluation, training rooms, systems maintenance area, scheduling/operations, communications support, AFI-directed intel operations, missions planning, various electronic intelligence/communications systems, intelligence reference library, general classified storage, equipment storage and mechanical areas.
Est. construction value: $13.3 Million.
War Reserve Materiel Storage Facility - Andersen AFB, Guam Phase 2 of this project involves the design-build of a 59,190 SF Vehicle Storage Warehouse, a 53,735 SF Base Asset Warehouse, and various site improvements. The facility includes offices, toilets, and communication rooms.
